MANUFACTURED IN AMERICA WITH UNRIVALED QUALITY CONTROL.
From our state-of-the-art factory in South Florida, CLN manufactures automated CNC equipment of the absolute highest quality. Our precision-engineered American-made products include CNC CLN Router Tables, CNC CLN Plasma Tables, Automatic Channel Letter Machines the FUSION and FUSION PLUS and the one that started it all the 6” Vertical Bender.
Our equipment is easy to operate and remarkably durable, which minimizes downtime and maximizes productivity. Ease of use, in-house training, and training in your facility ensures a short learning curve. For additional information, operators can refer to our online training tools and in-depth videos. To keep equipment up and running, most parts are standard not proprietary, so they are readily available and can be delivered overnight, if needed.
Additional tech support by phone and on-line is readily available for the life of the equipment. As third-generation machine builders, we understand that it’s critical for our equipment to be as reliable as the people behind it. Our clients’ success hinges on dependability, which is CLN’s strength.
Most of the time when a CNC Router Table Operator breaks a bit, the first thing they do is slow down the feed rate. With a little research about the router bit that you are using, you might be able to greatly increase your productivity and prolong the life of your tooling. Typically the manufacture of the router bit will have specs for the bit and what type of material that you should be cutting with that bit. Also most importantly a formula that you can use to correctly calculate the RPM and feed rate for the bit. When you cut with a feed rate that is slower than recommended you are creating excess friction and not allowing the bit to actually cut the material. This friction is creating heat, and destroying the cutting edge on the bit. If you are cutting at 50 IPM and the correct speed is 100 IPM, you just cut your production time right in half! Saving your company time and money.
